Engineered specifically to absorb high-frequency dynamic vibrations from hydraulic vibratory hammers (Vibro Hammers), our piling booms deliver reinforced structural integrity and precise alignment control in tight urban job sites, river embankments, and deep foundation pits.

  • Anti-Fatigue Steel Construction: Fabricated with certified Q690D and HG785D high-tensile steel plates, featuring full-penetration submerged arc welding (SAW) and internal stress-relief baffle designs to prevent weld cracking under continuous high-frequency vibration.
  • Optimized High-Flow Hydraulic Circuitry: Equipped with large-bore, heat-dissipating hydraulic hard lines (up to 350 Bar) and heavy-duty auxiliary piping to power high-flow hydraulic hammers, side-grip pile drivers, and rotary heads without pressure drop.
  • Turnkey Equipment Package: Standard set includes the straight/curved piling boom, reinforced stick/arm, heavy-duty tilt/hammer connecting bracket, 42CrMo hardened pivot pins, wear-resistant phosphor bronze bushings, and safety check valves.
  • Universal OEM Compatibility: Custom mounting dimensions bored to match Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Hitachi, Sany, Kobelco, and Doosan base excavators, as well as mainstream hydraulic vibro hammer attachments.
